I have keyboard shortcuts enabled for my account, but they aren't working properly. Why?
Answer
Any third-party apps or extensions that use keyboard shortcuts aren't supported and will interfere with the native keyboard shortcuts of Zendesk. If you're experiencing performance issues, disable any applications using keyboard shortcuts on your device or reach out to your IT team for troubleshooting.

Hey Zac Garcia, are there plans for customizable shortcuts in the agent interface?
With the addition of many recent features like Custom Ticket Statuses and Unified Agent Statuses, it'd be cool to have shortcuts for those too, along with other options on the Agent interface.
