I have keyboard shortcuts enabled for my account, but they don't work properly. Why?
Answer
Third-party apps or browser extensions that use keyboard shortcuts aren't supported and can interfere with the built-in keyboard shortcuts in Zendesk. If you have performance issues, turn off any apps or extensions that use keyboard shortcuts on your device, or contact your IT team for help.
Note: When custom ticket statuses are activated, keyboard shortcuts will not work when you are creating a new ticket. After a ticket is created, however, you can use keyboard shortcuts again.
