- Dataset permissions update.
The Can create calculations dataset permission is now available for Explore's default datasets. For instructions on setting dataset permissions, see Setting Explore dataset permissions. This update will be gradually rolled out between March 6, 2023, and March 10, 2023.

- Clone Parent Ticket Data
Clone Parent Ticket Data clones any open ticket and creates a new ticket with the cloned data. You can copy all custom fields and comments from an opened ticket to a new ticket by simply selecting the Include comments and Custom field checkboxes. Clone Parent Ticket Data is for Support.
Yeastar for Zendesk provides enterprise-grade call handling and automation capabilities for Zendesk. Seamlessly integrate Zendesk with your Yeastar P-Series phone system to make better calls and automate repetitive tasks for maximized efficiency. Inbound calls from external numbers trigger a contact lookup in Zendesk, which adds the contact details to your Yeastar PBX phonebooks. Whenever your contacts call, the caller name automatically shows on your phone display (IP Phone, Yeastar Linkus Web/Mobile/Desktop Clients, etc.). - BoloForms Approvals
