You can create content tags and assign them to articles and posts to group content by a common attribute. End users searching for content on a specific subject can click a content tag to open a content collection page with links to help center content that shares the same tag.
If you're a Guide admin, you can use this article to create content tags from the central content tags management page. Article authors and post authors who are agents or admins can create content tags from within article settings (see Creating and editing articles in the knowledge base).
- In Guide admin, click the Arrange content () icon in the sidebar.
- Click Manage content tags, then click Create content tag.
- Enter a name for the content tag. For naming best practices, see Best practices for using content tags.
- Click Create. The content tag is added to the content tags list.
You can now add the content tag to articles and posts (if enabled) across your help center. See Adding content tags to group related articles and Adding content tags to community posts.
