Layout Builder
The layout builder EAP is now live and available for eligible, enrolled customers to try! This feature introduces no-code, drag-and-drop functionality, allowing customers to create custom page layouts directly in the admin center, starting with the Support Ticket UI. nps.today (Support) (paid)
nps.today allows you to set up different nps.today campaigns for different types of tickets. It also lets you decide, when and how to deliver your NPS surveys. For example, you can choose to send a survey when a ticket is solved or to send a survey 48 hours after a ticket has been solved. You can also choose whether you want to send the survey as an integrated part of your "ticket solved" notifications, or if you want to send it separately, either from Zendesk or directly from nps.today. -
