Can I migrate reporting data from one Zendesk instance to another?

Migrating reporting data between Zendesk accounts is not supported. Explore reports on actions that happen on the different products of your Zendesk account. If that data isn't present on your account, there isn't a way to make Explore show reports from an instance. However, if you merge or migrate ticket data from one Zendesk account to another, you will be able to report on ticket data in the second account.

Migrating reporting data from one Zendesk instance to another is not possible as reports are built based on the available data in the account. Before you create a report, you need to define the data source that contains the business information you want to report on.
