Is it possible to export tickets from a view that has a filter applied to it?
Answer
It's not possible to export tickets directly from views with filters applied. You can only export tickets from non-filtered views. Consider exporting full ticket data without using views.
Alternatively, accounts with Explore Professional and Enterprise, can share a dashboard containing custom ticket reports with filters.
