Can I export tickets from a filtered view?
Answer
You can't export tickets directly from views with filters applied. You can only export tickets from non-filtered views. Export full ticket data instead, not through views.
If you have Explore Professional or Enterprise, you can share a dashboard with custom ticket reports and filters.
