1-Click Mail Signature automatically applies the correct mail signature in just one click! Reply to the ticket and click Apply Signature. The app automatically detects the email address your customer is writing to and applies it to your ticket. This helps agents avoid applying the wrong macro as a signature, and helps prevent customer confusion. -
DanDomain Classic by Proventic (Support, paid)
DanDomain Classic by Proventic gives your agents a clear overview of customer information, including all past and current orders, order lines, and total amounts. - Ensure you update your saved bookmarks as the Custom Objects page URL in the Admin center is soon changing from admin/objects-rules/
