I recently set up messaging, but I don’t see the Live data (including Messaging) prebuilt dashboard in Explore. Why not?
Once you set up messaging, it can take up to 24 hours for the Live data (including Messaging) dashboard to appear in the dashboard library.
The next day after midnight in your account time zone, Explore syncs the messaging data and adds the Live data (including Messaging) dashboard to the library. For example, if you set up messaging at 9:00 AM on Monday, the dashboard won’t be available until 12:00 AM Tuesday.
