Yes, if you use IP restrictions within Zendesk or third-party security software, you will have to whitelist the Tymeshift IP addresses below. You need to be an administrator in Zendesk:

Note: This is only referring to IP restrictions feature within Zendesk. A local VPN or IP restriction will not cause any issues unless you have restrictions for Tymeshift.
