Yes, if you use IP restrictions within Zendesk or third-party security software, you will have to whitelist the Zendesk WFM IP addresses below. You need to be an administrator in Zendesk:

Note: This is only referring to IP restrictions feature within Zendesk. A local VPN or IP restriction will not cause any issues unless you have restrictions for Zendesk WFM.
If your corporate firewall requires you to whitelist domains to allow traffic, whitelist .tymeshift.com and .tymeapp.com.
