I'm using the Proactive Tickets app to create proactive tickets on behalf of my customers. However, when selecting search criteria to create a filtered customers list, only 20 results appear per page.
How can I select more than 20 customers at a time? I want to send more tickets a once.
Answer
It's possible to increase the number of customers per page. To achieve this, change the number of customers displayed per page in the app settings.
- From Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations > Apps > Zendesk Support apps > click Proactive Tickets.
- Below Number of users per page, add the number of your choice > click Update.
Refresh Zendesk. Next time you search the app, the number of customers per page will match your settings.
