I'm using the Proactive Tickets app to create proactive tickets on behalf of my customers. However, when selecting search criteria to create a filtered customers list, only 20 results appear per page.

How can I select more than 20 customers at a time? I want to send more tickets a once.

Answer

It's possible to increase the number of customers per page. To achieve this, change the number of customers displayed per page in the app settings.

  1. From Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations > Apps > Zendesk Support apps > click Proactive Tickets.
  2. Below Number of users per page, add the number of your choice > click Update.

Refresh Zendesk. Next time you search the app, the number of customers per page will match your settings.
