Zendesk is excited to introduce an updated Agent activity page in Tymeshift, our workforce management tool. From the Agent activity page, you can now view a Productivity timeline that allows you to see a detailed view of agents’ performance in real-time.

What is changing?
The Agent activity page in Tymeshift now includes a timeline for agent productivity. This timeline helps you visualize your agents' productivity by showing the points they accumulate while handling tickets.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
The Productivity timeline allows you to monitor agent productivity in real-time, ensuring that your team is operating at its best. Use these data-driven insights to spot patterns and areas for improvement and training.
What do I need to do?
