We are happy to report that the issue affecting the Tymeshift Google Calendar integration has been resolved. Customers should now be able to sync their Tymeshift schedules with Google Calendar. We greatly appreciate our customers’ patience while we worked to tease out the complexities of the issue.

Affected products: Support - Tymeshift app (Google Calendar integration)
Important: Only a small subset of customers who have this integration are impacted and they have received the yellow banner in Support linking to this article. No other customers are impacted.
Affected customers: This outage affects only Zendesk customers who have installed the Tymeshift application and enabled the Google Calendar integration and integrated intraday schedules. Customers affected by this outage received a yellow banner in Support linking to this article. No other Zendesk customers are impacted.
Expected behavior: Customers will be unable to sync their Tymeshift schedule with Google Calendar until the Google Calendar integration is restored.
Update - December 22, 2023
We continue to investigate the functionality issue with the Tymeshift Google Calendar integration. Due to some complexities with this issue, this work has an extended timeline. We are targeting early Q1 for a re-release of the feature and will provide an update on our progress in January. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we work towards resolving this issue
