    This is great news.

    Questions:

    1. Is there a way to see which users have activated 2FA?
    2. Is there a way to require all users to utilize 2FA?

    Hi Stan,

At the moment, tracking of users who enabled 2FA and making it a requirement is available for agents and admins only. At the moment, end-users is not included to these two options.

We had a case where a customer claimed to have two-factor authentication enabled when they did not.

I think administrators should have the ability to turn off two-factor authentication for their customers if the customer requests it.

Currently the only way is to turn it off via user assumption as an end user, but this is very inconvenient. I need something like an authentication tab for agents.
