What's changing?

Updated UX and UI
We're excited to introduce the revamped theme, where finding answers is now faster and more intuitive than ever. Our redesigned categories allow users to easily pinpoint the exact content they need, while the enhanced design provides a streamlined and user-friendly experience. With a focus on intuitive navigation, the new layout ensures that help is just a few clicks away, making support accessible and straightforward for everyone.
Updated knowledge base structure
To provide a more efficient and intuitive experience, we've updated our knowledge base taxonomy. You can now browse by type of resource (getting started, technical documentation, help content, and best practices) rather than only by Zendesk product or feature.
Enhancements to the search experience
When you search in our Help Center, you can filter and scope your search results by additional facets. You are also able to sort results based on additional attributes like date published or most upvoted.
What’s next?
Although we're excited about this launch, this is just the beginning. Your continuous feedback and involvement have been central to these changes, and it’s just one part of our plan for the journey ahead. Keep an eye out for more transformative updates coming throughout the year. We know we need to improve your search experience and to provide other types of content for different learners, like videos, visuals, and interactive guides.
