What does this mean?
Zendesk has been testing the new customer profile page in a beta program since August 2022. Due to feedback we’ve received from participants, we’ve decided to discontinue this page on June 21, 2024.
Why is Zendesk removing this?
Zendesk is removing the new customer profile page due to the feature’s low usage and feedback from beta participants. By removing this page, our product and engineering teams can reallocate resources to develop and improve other features that have a broader impact.
Am I affected?
If you participated in the beta and used the new customer profile page. You can still view customer profile page information from the existing user profile page in Zendesk Support.
What do I need to do?
If your agents used the new customer profile page, you should make them aware of this upcoming change and direct them to use the existing user profile page. Otherwise, you don’t need to do anything.
Who should I contact if I need help or have questions?
