Setting up SCIM provisioning
To set up SCIM provisioning and connect Zendesk QA to your Okta account, please start by contacting our customer support.
To set up provisioning options for Zendesk QA in your Okta account
- In Okta, under the Applications tab, navigate to the SCIM application and click Provisioning.
- Enter the Zendesk QA SCIM domain: https://scim.pub.klausapp.com/.
- Ensure that the SCIM user userName is set to the user's email.
Managing user provisioning and deprovisioning with SCIM
To configure and map attributes to user profiles in Zendesk QA:
- In Zendesk QA app click the Provisioning tab.
- Configure the appropriate options under the SCIM application Attribute Mappings section.
- Select Create or Create and Update from the choices under the Apply on column.

Possible roles in Zendesk QA that can be added during user provisioning are Admin and Account Manager.
