Why can't I access data in Zendesk QA?

What a user can see in a workspace depends on their assigned workspace permissions. For more information, see the article: Roles and permissions.

To access workspace permissions

  1. Click the side panel and click the Settings icon
  2. Click, Toggle sidebar icon
  3. Click Users & Workspaces and select the workspace associated with the user
  4. Click Members, find the user, and click their role. Here, confirm or change their permissions
