To find tickets a specific trigger acted on:

  1. Use this URL in your web browser: https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/rules/trigger_id/tickets.
  2. In that URL, replace yoursubdomain with your Zendesk subdomain and trigger_id with the numeric ID at the end of your trigger URL:
