What is my Zendesk subdomain?

Answer

Your subdomain is a unique identifier of your Zendesk account, which appears before .zendesk.com in your account URL. There are a few ways to find it:

Check your URL

If you didn't enable the host-mapping feature in Zendesk, your subdomain is in your account URL, after https:// and before .zendesk.com. For example, in this URL: https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com, the subdomain is yoursubdomain.

If you recently logged into your account, select the button below to determine your subdomain:

Request an email

Get a list of Zendesk subdomains associated with your email address from the login reminder page. Type your email address, and you will receive your subdomain through email. Check your inbox's spam folder if you don't receive the email. Alternatively, this means there is no account with the chosen email address.
