Question
What is my Zendesk subdomain?
Answer
Your subdomain is a unique identifier of your Zendesk account. There are a few ways to find it:
Support Admin home page
You can find the subdomain of your account on the Support Admin home page.
Select a subdomain
If you recently logged into your account, select the button below to determine your subdomain for you:
Check your URL
If you didn't enable the host-mapping feature in Zendesk, your subdomain is in the account's URL: https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com
Request an email
You can also get a list of Zendesk subdomains associated with your email address from the Login reminder page. Type your email address, and you will receive your subdomain via email. Check your inbox's spam folder if you don't receive the email. Alternatively, this means there is no account with the chosen email address.

Hi, I have a subdomain which I try to access using the following URL:
https://i-clef.zendesk.com/access/normal
After I login, it points to previous domain which no longer exist! I need this fixed please!
Please reset it to default or something so I can get my data accessible again.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I bumped the priority of your ticket with our Customer Care team (#11092630) so they can take a look at this and figure out why you're unable to access your new subdomain. Someone from their team will reach out to you shortly.
Let me know if you don't hear back and I will follow up again internally.
