What is my Zendesk subdomain?

Your subdomain is a unique identifier of your account. It appears before .zendesk.com in your account URL. Use these ways to find it:

Check your URL
If you don't activate the host mapping feature in Zendesk, your subdomain is in your account URL after https:// and before .zendesk.com. For example, in this URL: https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com, the subdomain is yoursubdomain.
Select a subdomain
If you recently signed in to your account, select the button below to determine your subdomain:
Request an email
Get a list of Zendesk subdomains associated with your email address from the login reminder page. Type your email address to receive your subdomain through email. Check your spam folder if you don't receive the email. Otherwise, this means there's no account with that email address.
