I am not seeing Side Conversations as a channel when creating a ticket view for my Side Conversation tickets. How do I resolve this?
Answer
- Confirm if the option for Turn on Child tickets is enabled in Side Conversation settings in Admin > Workspaces > Side Conversation.
- Check the box to activate it.
Note: To display tickets when creating a ticket view, it's necessary to enable this feature because Views visualize tickets. If there aren't any Side Conversation tickets, then the Side Conversation channel won't manifest in the account.
