I want to exclude bots from review assignments in Zendesk QA. How do I set it up?

Answer

You can exclude the bot as a reviewee in the assignments settings.

To edit your assignment settings

1. Create an assignment
2. Under Reviewers and reviewees, navigate to Exclude reviewees
3. Click the dropdown and choose your bot from the list
