I keep getting already reviewed tickets in my assignments, why is that happening?
Answer
The assignments in Zendesk QA do not by default offer only unreviewed tickets. You need to add a condition to your assignment Review status | is | not reviewed.

This turned out to be super critical for us - I think it should be something available in settings rather than having to go through dozens of assignment filters and adding this condition….
