Can I stop agents from accessing the Talk dashboard?
Answer
Yes, if you have a Support Enterprise or Suite Enterprise plan, you can restrict agents from accessing the Talk dashboard.
To prevent agents from accessing the Talk dashboard
- In Admin Center, click People in the sidebar, then select Team > Roles
- Select Staff
- Under the Analytics header, deselect View Talk dashboard
