When I merge users, the receiving user doesn't see all CC tickets from the merging user. Why does this happen?

Answer

When you merge users, the receiving user inherits all of the merging user's requested tickets. For CC tickets, only tickets that are not archived are passed to the receiving user. This means that archived CC tickets aren't transferred to the receiving user.
