What happens to custom reports and dashboards when I downgrade my plan?
Answer
If you create custom reports and dashboards and subsequently downgrade your Explore plan to Lite from Legacy, Professional, or Enterprise, you will lose access to these features. The Lite plan does not support custom reports and dashboards.
However, when you upgrade to a plan that includes access to these features, you will regain access to your previously created custom reports and dashboards.
