If I upload images in the Knowledge article editor, are there any file restrictions? What file types does my help center support?
Answer
Your help center supports PNG, JPG, and GIF image files for inline images. The file types you can upload may also depend on the file type upload settings configured by an admin in Admin center.
To add an image to a Knowledge article, click the Add image icon in the article editor. From the Media library, select your file and click Insert media.
You can also upload other file types, such as PDF files, in the Article settings > Placement > Attachments > Manage attached media. If a file type is not permitted in your account’s upload settings, you won’t be able to upload that file type as an attachment.
