Installing the Contact Center dashboards app

Before you can start using the Contact Center dashboards app, you need to install it.

To install the app

  1. Navigate to the Zendesk for Contact Center Dashboards app listing in the Zendesk Marketplace.
  2. Click Install.
  3. Choose your Zendesk subdomain from the list, then click Install.

    You will be redirected to the My Apps page in your Zendesk account, where you will see the Zendesk for Contact Center Dashboards app.

  4. Hover over the icon and click the Settings icon.
  5. Click Change settings.

  6. Enter your Contact Center workspace name.

    If you are unsure what this is, open the settings for your Contact Center app and use the same value.

  7. Enter your Contact Center region.

  8. If you want to restrict who can access the app, select options from either the role or group restrictions dropdown.
  9. Click Update.

  1. In Contact Center, click the dashboards icon.
  2. If you are not already signed into Contact Center, you will need to sign in to the Contact Center Dashboards app.
  3. Click a tab to view the associated dashboard:
    • Realtime snapshot
    • Recent performance
    • Resolution codes
    • Contact performance
