When sending notifications on WhatsApp, charges may apply. How can I view the details of my WhatsApp notification usage and related charges on my Zendesk bill?

Admins of a Meta Business Account can access the WhatsApp Business Account settings in Meta Business Manager.

To check your WhatsApp Business Account usage:

  1. Select the account under the WhatsApp Accounts section, then click WhatsApp Manager.
  2. After logging in to your WhatsApp Business Account, go to the Insights tab to view your usage information.
