Zendesk will be performing maintenance on our Subscription service on January 9, 2021 through January 11, 2021 (UTC) in preparation for future improvements to Support Suite.
Maintenance Window:
START: Friday, January 8, 2021 at 4pm PT / Saturday January 9 at 12am UTC
END: Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 6pm PT / Monday, January 11 at 2am UTC
Affected customers:
All existing customers that have access to the Subscription interface in Support and Chat (Owner and Admin roles only).
Expected behavior:
Account owners will be unable to perform the following actions during this window:
- Adjust Agent Quantity
- Adjust Plan Selection
- Cancel an account
- Add a new payment method
- Update a Billing Address
- Update Billing Contacts

We will be performing this maintenance to support future improvements in the Support Suite.
Can new accounts be purchased during this time?
New trials can be created but these trials will not be able to convert to purchased accounts during this window.
