Custom fields on User Profile
Hi there, it's not possible at the moment to see custom fields in the user profile on the right hand side of the agent workspace which is a bummer because it's the perfect place to store and have accessible at a glance important data from a customer. Do you have any plans to add an option to make it visible/not visible?

Have you tried the marketplace app User Data?
With it, you can pick which user fields, including custom fields, you want to be displayed in the sidebar.Hope that helps.
