    The Chat Conversations API is designed to provide a conversation between the visitor and an agent, which is why the interaction must occur within a widget.  Can you share a general overview of the agent experience with your end goal?  Is there data about the visitor you'd like to surface to the agent outside the flow of the visitor conversation?  How are these messages intended to affect the agent's workflow?
