I seem to be having trouble with SAVING changes made to my default filters. I want to have the Brand filter applied, but I also always want to show one of our help centers in the search results. I can add the filter to the drop down, but when I click save, it doesn't seem like the changes are being saved and are not reflected in the ticket. 

 

Can someone help me? FYI - I have 3 filters so it didn't hit the max.

It appears users cannot create content from Knowledge if Turn on Knowledge is selected but knowledge articles is not selected under select content sources. Is there a way around this?

Is there any way to increase the number of search results displayed by the Knowledge Panel?  Currently there are 3 results shown as “Suggested content” and then 10 results after I input a search query. Can the number of either of these be increased?
