Zendesk chat and slack integration

Is there any product or information regarding Zendesk chat integration with Slack. We have an AI bot supporting Zendesk chat, now we need Zendesk chat integration with slack.

    Hello Divya, thank you very much for your question!

    Zendesk currently has a Slack integration for Support that you can find on the Marketplace. It is free and supported by Zendesk. This article has the instructions on how to install and use the App. Unfortunately, this App is only available for Support. I'm afraid that as of now, there is no Slack integration or App available for Zendesk Chat.

    I could also recommend you to create a Feedback Post in our Community requesting for this Integration/App. The more traction this post gets, the more chances there are for our Development team to consider implementing this in the future.
