Feature request: multiple Alias options

At our company, multiple people answer e-mails from multiple categories/groups.
We don't want to have our name on the tickets of all of the e-mail addresses.
We would prefer it to have separate aliases for the different e-mail addresses/groups we manage ('Customer Support' , '[my name]' , 'Coordinator [subject]', )
