Currently, Zendesk pop up modal window for adding users and other items appear in the center of the screen in a fixed position in the center of the screen. Agents are unable to move these windows to see any underlying ticket data/fields.
We respectfully ask that you all consider making Zendesk pop up modal windows movable by the agent/admin within the Zendesk UI.
Business impact: Agents are unable to move the modal window to see underlying ticket data or description. While we appreciate the focusing, this increases swivel time and decreases efficiency of our agents. Additionally, for newer agents to Zendesk, this adds to initial anxiety of making a mistake.
Current Workaround: To use the feature as is and if there is an error to fix on the user added to fix within that user's record.
What we would suggest instead: Have any Zendesk modal windows be movable by the agent/admin by default instead of fixed. A nice to have would be some sort of granular control to toggle on and off position as fixed or movable for each notification at the admin level.
