We have good news for you! You can use Proactive Campaigns for adding internal notes without any triggers and coding. Our automation feature sends time-based emails and internal notes also. All you need is just to put a checkmark inside the email editor and the app will update tickets exactly when you need it or when the ticket will enter the list.
