New Hire Request

Howdy!  - New to Zendesk and trying to learn everything at once :)

I am looking for a way for our end users to fill out new hire information. Examples would be, the end user creates a request and selects "New Hire Account Creation" 

Once that is selected, I'd like a box to appear with pre filled out information they can add to.

Examples: 

First Name

Last Name 

Manager Name

 

Is this possible?

Hi Geoff and welcome to Zendesking :)

Yes you can do that if you're "new hire account creation" is a field. Then on the enterprise plan, you can use Conditional Fields that will show once configured. 

If you don't have the enterprise plan, you can use an app like Formset or Field Conditions App.

Heather - thanks for the quick response! 

We only have the Growth plan at the moment. Due to budget, I have been told to try and come up with this on my own without purchasing any additional apps to be added on. 

Can you recommend any process or examples to get this done without purchasing additional apps?

Hi,

Yes I can understand that! The only other way this might be achievable would be custom code on the Guide theme itself which is not in my wheelhouse.
