zendesk - status from agent is invisible

Hello,

now my agent's status is set to "invisible"

how can I put the status of my agents "online" ?

I appreciate you getting in touch. Please note that in the case of Classic Chat (Agent Workspace and Messaging not enabled), agents are the only ones who can modify their statuses, as outlined in this guide. However, if you're using Omnichannel routing and are subscribed to the Professional plan or higher, you have the option to utilize our Explore live dashboard feature, which allows you to manage your agents' statuses directly from there. You can reference the feature via this link.
