How to disable Automated Resolutions Usage

Hello,

I reviewed my billing and noticed that I was charged for something I do not use nor enable: Automated Resolutions Usage.

I would like to know how to disable it.

      Hello John,
       
      Automated resolutions are part of AI agents therefore I believe you'd have to disable that first. Could you please confirm if you've already disable the feature?
