Ability to create Posts & upvote on behalf of end-users

Often times the end-users reach out to our internal staff for feature requests and enhancements. Internal staff would like to be able to document these requests by creating and upvoting posts on behalf of end users.

Canny.io is an example of a forum software that allows on-behalf-of

    I wanted to let you know that at this time we are not able to commit to building this feature. I understand this may be frustrating but wanted to ensure we closed this loop to remain transparent.
