Using web forms with the SDK

Hello,
Is there a way to use offline ticket forms with the SDK?
Our app developer has enabled the form to display in our App, but when agents are offline it simply prompts "Chat with an agent", then says "To contact you when someone is available, I need some more information."
Then it asks for the name and email only, no description of the issue that we can actually use to follow up without requesting more information.

Hey Nate,
The availability of the offline form will depend on the SDK and the channel you're using. For example, Zendesk messaging does not support offline form functionality as it is designed as a synchronous, conversational communication method whereas if you're using legacy chat, you should have the option available for your customers to leave a description of their issue when agents are offline.
