Changing of pre-existing people fields

Hello, 

Reaching out about the need to change the order of and descriptions of the pre-exisitng fields of people in the Suite. Example: I want the tags to be at the very bottom, under notes and would want to change the pop up that appears when hovering over the information. Example: hovering over details the pop up says: "Optional information such as an address. ....." and this is what I would want to customise. I am aware this is possible with custom fields but I would like this to also be customisable for the pre-existing fields. Thanks!
