Email Set up

Hi...Am having a challenge in removing my earlier email id in Zendesk Sell. I would like all my emails to go to my new one and reflect as To address. Unfortunately,  it doesn't.  In the settings, communication channels, the old email is still present. How to remove this? I tried in edit profile and removed the old email. It still reflects in communication channel under email. Thanks.

I understand you’re having trouble removing your old email ID in Zendesk Sell. I recommend trying the following:
 
  1. Ensure you've saved your changes after editing your profile.
  2. Check that the old email isn't set as the default address in any settings.
  3. Refresh the page after making any updates to see if the changes take effect.
