You can set the filter and add a bookmark on the report. Bookmarks make it easy for multiple people to use the same dashboard with different filter settings. You can check this article for details Creating a dashboard bookmark.

Hi Zendesk team,
Request: I need to receive weekly report automatically.
Action: I set up a dashboard with classic version and I have scheduled it every day for testing. But the report I got could not meet my request. Because the report could not calculate the period from last Monday to last Sunday, but calculates the whole period(several years) to me. Even if i select the right period before setting schedule.
Questions: How can I solve this issue? Can report calculate the period automaticlly?

Thank you, I have found the metric. But unfortunately I was not able to make a query from it that shows me this list smartly.
Also with the JSON export we didn't get the desired result to get an overview how many users have a login. Even if this was not the explanation for this use case, we hoped to find out just that. Or is there another solution for this?
