Hi, I'm trying to calculate NPS from a custom numeric field. Could you help me fix this error with using [Changes - Field name] and [Changes - New value]? When I open the report that has this metric in it I get the following errror: “An error occurred. Contact Zendesk Customer Support (error code 7). (Error code: a19dd239)” 

 

Here is my standard calculated metric formula:

IF ([Changes - Field name] = "Surveypal NPS")
THEN
IF (NUMBER([Changes - New value])< 7)
THEN [Ticket ID]
ENDIF
ENDIF

The field Surveypal NPS is numeric field. I tried to use this without the “NUMBER” function but that gives error that the formula is wrong (mixing text and numbers). And I feel like if I put the number in quotes it works, but the calculation doesn't seem to work? So for clarity I tried this and it “works” but the results are not correct:

IF ([Changes - Field name] = "Surveypal NPS")
THEN
IF ([Changes - New value] < "7")
THEN [Ticket ID]
ENDIF
ENDIF
