Having Issue creating ticket using custom form under https://xxx.zendesk.com/hr/en-us pages
using jQuery Ajax post to zendesk Api , return "403" error message "invalid token ..."

winton wang I've removed your response because it contains appears to include encoded authentication information, which it's dangerous to share online. Can you repost your response without the authentication strings? Thanks!

Hi Winton! Could you provide the full code snippet where you are attempting to create this ticket? Make sure to redact any emails/passwords before posting here.
Could you also let me know whether you are using agent or end-user credentials?
