Twitter integration issue

When a user who contacts us via twitter (e.g. he makes a post with @mantion of our twitter handle) changes the name of his/her twitter handle before receiving our reply via ZD then our reply appears as a new Twitter post (as if it was a new post created by our twitter handle) instead of posting an answer to the thread under the original post.

Not an often case but it would be good to fix this.
